Meet the #SameHere Practitioner Alliance consisting of the world’s experts in TSRR (Trauma & Stress, Release & Rewiring) Practices. To feel better we must actually heal our Central Nervous Systems. Each expert's profile represents a unique TSRR practice below, so that you may learn about the many options available to you. The best way to use this page is to first listen to the brief audio instructions below, then read each expert's bio, hear how practices they each champion positively affect our mental health, & check out their resource recommendations. Improving our mental health is not a “one-size-fits-all” process, however, by providing you with a list of therapies, you can research & choose the ones that work best for you. Many of these practices can be done at home, but you can also look for practitioners in your area who offer them. There are many options to improve our physical health. Now with TSRR, we have options to build mental health routines as well.
We're All A Little ``Crazy',`` & our #SameHere Movement has partnered with a number of App, Technology and Product Companies we believe are the best available at providing even more access to TSRR Practices. Much like the TSRR Practices referenced above, these recommendations can conveniently be worked into your personal mental health routine. A percentage of all proceeds from products and services purchased through the links below will help fund our nonprofit programs highlighted on the ``Initiatives`` page.
